ve999 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and ve999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ve999 platform located at ve999.ws, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any other rules, guidelines or policies published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease all use of the ve999 platform immediately. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. ve999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time and will notify users of material changes by publishing an updated version on the platform with a revised effective date.

To register and use the ve999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ve999 does not permit access to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh.
• You must register using your own Bangladeshi mobile number. You may hold only one account on ve999 at any time.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from ve999 or any other gambling platform at the time of registration or play.

ve999 reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any time. Where ve999 has reasonable grounds to believe an eligibility requirement is not met, it may suspend or permanently close the relevant account and withhold any funds pending investigation. Funds deposited by a person who is subsequently found to be ineligible may be forfeited.

To access the full ve999 platform, you must create an account. Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a password of your choosing. You warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. You are required to notify ve999 promptly if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you. You must notify ve999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach. ve999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Each player may hold only one registered account on ve999. Opening duplicate, secondary or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. Where ve999 detects multiple accounts held by the same person, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and void any bonuses or promotional winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

ve999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via supported Bangladeshi mobile wallet and banking services. The currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. ve999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ve999:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, though ve999 reserves the right to introduce withdrawal minimums with reasonable prior notice.
• ve999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, fees charged by your mobile wallet provider are outside ve999's control and may apply.
• Withdrawal requests are ordinarily processed within minutes for supported mobile wallet methods. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, technical maintenance or where additional verification is required.
• ve999 reserves the right to conduct additional security or anti-money-laundering checks on withdrawal requests. Where such checks are required, the processing timeline may be extended and ve999 may request supporting documentation.

All transactions on the ve999 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ve999 does not accept or distribute funds in foreign currencies. The platform does not operate as a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.

ve999 may offer bonuses, free spins and promotional credits to players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonus offers on ve999 unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific bonus terms:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance only after any applicable qualifying deposit has been successfully processed and the qualifying conditions have been met.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirement calculations are based on the bonus amount received unless otherwise specified.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash directly without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.

• Opening or operating more than one account on the ve999 platform, whether under the same or different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes on the ve999 platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point in connection with your ve999 account, including during identity or age verification.
• Using the ve999 platform in connection with any fraudulent, money-laundering, or other criminal activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit or circumvent any bonus, promotional offer or referral programme in a manner not intended by ve999, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play with other players.

Where ve999 determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may, without limitation: void affected bets and winnings; withhold or forfeit balances pending investigation; permanently close the account; and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law. Players who have had their accounts closed for prohibited conduct will not be permitted to re-register.

All content on the ve999 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, icons, images, audio clips and the overall look and feel of the platform — is owned by or licensed to ve999 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ve999 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any content on the ve999 platform without the prior written consent of ve999. Any unauthorised use of ve999 content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ve999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if ve999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ve999 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to ve999 may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades or other reasons without prior notice. ve999 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions. In all cases, ve999's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ve999 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ve999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ve999 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data at rest. ve999 will not sell your personal data to third parties. ve999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include, without limitation: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive or criminal activity; failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable time; account inactivity for an extended period; or a request by a competent authority. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ve999 will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly and communicate the outcome to the account holder.

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting ve999 customer support. On closure, any remaining balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification. Accounts closed at the player's own request may be reopened upon application, subject to ve999's discretion and provided the player continues to meet the eligibility requirements.

ve999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
